Welcome to Best Meditation Practice

We started this journey about 9 years ago and observed people who were so busy
in their hectic lives that they were unable to give time to themselves. Anxiety, stress, destruction,
mental and physical illnesses kept increasing in their lives.
Seeing all this, we decided that to improve their lives, we will make them practice meditation,
which will lead to betterment in their lives. Thousands of people have learned meditation here
and are improving their lives. Hundreds of people have made meditation a part of their lives.
Today we are happy to tell you that in this 9-year journey, all this is because of a small decision
that we took 9 years ago. We do not want name and fame from here. We want happiness in
your life because we believe that “Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva” and “This life is not just about
you”. How much contribute you do in this life also matters.

Our Mission

In this busy life, people's stomachs are getting filled somehow but their worries and anger are increasing due to which their relations, health, growth etc. are becoming difficult. We have started this meditation for them in which they are taught how to balance all these things. And we do various types of practices; our thought is to make the life of maximum number of people better, peaceful, happy and growing.
